Raijintek Ereboss or Tisis could do the trick. Theyre good CPUs and have red fans. You can get also a R1 if money is "not a problem" and buy then the color replacements that Cryorig sells. The second option will perform and look better, but it's also more expensive. Up to you : )

Ill get the r1 that but it ways it supports 2011 and the i7 5820k has a 2011-3 Socket does this matter

So far I know, the R1 supports every single socket. Maybe not the elder ones, but yeah it should work : )
