Hi guys first time builder here. I'm currently almost finished with my first build but noticed that upon booting the computer and then entering BIOS (which works fine BTW) the fans on my GPU (R9 390) will spin for a second and then stop. Is this an issue or should they not spin anyway? Thanks in advance for any help
