Power Supply in New Build No Longer Working

I recently started a new build with an EVGA 850 P2. I completed the build with no problems and installed Windows and all of that. Today I tried to correct an issue with a few case fans not working. I plugged in the supplied adapter for the case fans into the PS, and now it won't power on at all. I tried the clip test and the PS did turn on, but when I attempt to plug everything back in, the PS won't turn on at all. I don't have any way to test the lines, but I figure it has to be a PS issue, that it's not generating enough power?

Solution
it looks like a dead board.
Try clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute). Then remove the wires connecting the front panel and start the board by shortly touching with a screwdriver the 2 pins on the motherboard corresponding to the case power button. If still no go, I'd RMA the board.

We do isolation test just to solve this strange problem of PSU power supply unit, the cause of the problem either fluctuation, either low quality performance or shorted PSU after you install. I'm pretty sure your PSU is damage now, you can test it using VOM and power up that PSU using a paper clip, jumper the two wire color green and black and measure the voltage compare the voltage result in voltmeter and the voltage written in the label of PSU. Do not attempt to try the PSU in another mobo because it may cause damage to it. Or you can try your mobo using a good PSU. If I'm correct buy a new PSU with a good high quality and compatible to your computer. I suspect of shorted wattage so adjust to 900 watts ask your supplier either so that you can assure on it.

Clearing the CMOS did the trick. Case, mobo, and GPU are all receiving power and running. Still have some issues to work out, since now the GPU doesn't seem to be outputting video even though it's powered on and the fan is running, but I can monkey around with that later. Thanks a lot!
