If i get Windows 10 from my windows 7 computer for a different computer will both computers still be aloud to run bothsystems?

So basically im going to build a new computer and my grandma wants my windows 7 computer. As you should know windows 7 and windows 8 gets free upgrades, as you can get a startup usb made from the program, will both computers be able to run the operating systems? NOTE: Both last two words are squished together because i ran out of space.

Because it would be the same Windows 7 key being used for Windows 10 on both of them.

You can't Upgrade that Win 7 to 10, and continue to use the Win 7 on a different PC. Or even the same PC.

1 license, 1 PC. Either Win 7 or Win 10.
You new PC needs its own OS.
