Okay so i have a
I5 3570k
asus p8h61-m-lx r2.0
8gb cosair 1600 vengeance
2 1 tb toshiba 7200 rpm hardrives
evga 760 4gb video card running at 1333 mh and 6400 memclock
Corsair 525 watt power supply
No add on cooling for cpu just the stock fan...

First of all I am in canada so things are a bit more pricey here.
Second I run 3 24 inch triple screens at 60hz 1080p
Third Games i play currently are. Battlefield hardline;Arma2 and 3; Assetto Corsa;Iracing;Middle-Earth Shadow of mordor; Ryse Son of Rome;Dark Souls 2
Games in the future;Tom clancys Siege and Diversion; For Honor; And Dark souls 3 lol

So the question that i have to the community is... Do I get a ASRock z77 extreme 4 1155 motherboard and good cpu cooler to overclock this cpu to 4.0ghz. Then get a ssd drive.
Or... Do start working on a whole new system.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, Basically i want to know from the pros what my next move should be, do i upgrade graphics card do i need to upgrade the cpu and mother board. Should i just get a r9 390x for now and upgrade the cpu later. I am looking for in what order i should upgrade or should i just go 6 gen skylake and call it a day.

Now i am on a budget if i did go the skylake option it would take a lot longer to upgrade like i would have to work on each part throughout the year until i had the whole system done around next xmas i am guessing. Again thanks

So i just got a p8 z77 vlk motherboard for 50 dollars. It had a couple bent pins which ended up not being to bad to fix. So that solved that issue. Now I will get the ssd then the Video card.

Thanks Zerk really appreciate the help.
