This may be a really dumb question but here goes anyway!

I am trying to get a telecommute job and I need to know if my computer will pass the requirement.
This is what I have;

Processor AMD E!-2100 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics 1.00 GHZ

What they require;

Processor 1 GHZ Intel Pentium P4 or better

First, the only dumb question is the one not asked.

Next, understand the bar is really low. Pentium 4 processors were first released around the 2000-2005 timeframe.

I don't believe that you will have any issues, the AMD E1 2100 is a dual core vs the Pentium single core and the AMD was released in 2013. Benchmarks show somewhat similar performance.

But understand that your system has not very much computing power, I can't know what your work will throw at you and how slow it will make things. Hope this helps.
