Okay, so I'm trying to power an asus gtx 970 with a rosewill rd450-2-sb, but the problems I'm facing is that it requires a 1x8 pin connector, while my psu only has 1x6 connector. Another issue 'm facing is that I'm not sure that it will deliver enough amps even if I were to buy an adapter. Can this psu deliver the watts?

Solution
The minimum specs call for a 500 watt PSU with at least 28 amps on the 12v rail and an 8 pin PCIe connector. i would not even try it because that PSU is poor quality. Depending on your system specs you may need even more than that.
