I need help deciding on a rig build that I can stream on twitch with. I want to be able to run and stream CSGO at 1080p 60fps, at least. I would like to have it running at a good temp. I have a perfect monitor for the build. Build budget is $1500-$2000. Doesn't matter if its closest to min budget. I just want the right build for the job. Thank you for your input guys and thanks before hand.

If all you're looking for is CSGO, you can do that with a 4790K water cooled. You don't need a super powerful 6 or 8 core CPU. Pair that with an nVidia 980 or 980Ti and you'll be well on your way.
