What does Intel z170 mean

I want to build a pc but I'm still trying to learn eveything
(Pleas don't tell me I don't have any business building a pc if I don't know that that's why I'm trying to learn)

z170 is the chipset in the motherboard. It refers to the socket that 6th genreration intel i7 processors fit into to work correctly.

The 1XX motherboards are socket 1151 motherboards which are intended for Skylake processors, which are denoted by model numbers between 61XX-67XX, along with whatever Pentium models get released for socket 1151. In theory, these motherboards should also be compatible with Kaby Lake and Cannonlake processors coming out in the next few years, but we won't know for sure until they are released and manufacturers release updated firmware.

LGA 1151 is the socket size on the motherboard refering to what kind of CPU goes in the motherboard. LGA is always the size of the CPU. The size of the socket on the board must match the size of the CPU, no exceptions.

Lga1151 is the socket, this is not size as 1150, 1156 and 1155 are also the same size. It also refers to pin count. Z170 is the chipset. H110, b150, q150, h170, and q170 are also lga 1151 chipsets. They all have different feature sets. These are referred to as the 100 series chipsets. Lga 1151 and all these chipsets are currently compatible with 6th gen and should be with 7th gen coming out later this year. 6th gen is also codenamed skylake.

Do some motherboards take more then one typ of PIN number like it can take 1150 and 1151 and more then one typ of chipset or do motherbords fit only one socket and one chipset and that's it

No, it's one reason intel uses different sockets to show what is compatible. A mobo can't be more than one chipset. For the most part, you can say they are one in the same. The mobo/chipset is essentially the hub where all components connect to and are able to communicate with each other. Also for what it's worth it's following the progression of the primary chipsets for Intel mobos, they introduced the Z68 in the 1155 socket (the first to use the 'Z' prefix, which didn't go over to well and soon released the Z77, when the (then) new 1150 socket came out, they used the Z87 chipset for the Haswell CPU, and followed with the Z97 for the Haswell refresh so have progressed in the Z series from 77 to 87 ot 97 to 170, similar in the quad channel mobos going from X79 to X99
