Hi, I'm new to building PC's and I would like to know what else I need to build a PC other than the parts below:

Processor- AMD FD8320FRHKBOX FX-8320 FX-Series 8-Core Black Edition Processor
GPU - EVGA GeForce GTX 960 Superclocked Gaming ACX 2.0 4GB GDDR5 128bit PCI-E 3.0 16x Graphic Card (04G-P4-2962-KR)
Memory - Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR3 1600 (PC3-12800) 240-Pin UDIMM Memory BLS2KIT4G3D1609DS1S00/BLS2CP4G3D1609DS1S00
PSU - FirePower ZT Series 550W 80Plus Bronze Fully-Modular HighPerformance ATX PC Power Supply ZT550W, formerly PC Power & Cooling
Optical Drive- Samsung SATA 1.5 Gb-s Optical Drive, Black SH-224DB/BEBE
Case - Thermaltake VERSA H25 ATX Mid Tower Window Gaming Computer Case CA-1C2-00M1WN-00
Storage - WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch - WD10EZEX
Heatsink - Cooler Master Hyper T4 - CPU Cooler with 4 Direct Contact Heatpipes

What other stuff would I need to complete the build?
Do I need anymore fans? or the case fan and heatsink enough?

Well you definitely want to stay away from the 125w cpus since your motherboard is not very good. I recommend the FX6300 or FX8320e. You'll also need a better psu.

If you want to keep your motherboard, this is your best option. Any video card stronger than this would get bottlenecked by your cpu.

I would change a couple things in this build. First would be the cpu, id personally go with intel, go with an I5 or I7. I would also change your psu to a tier 1 or tier 2 psu. Evga G2 are highly recommended around here or any seasonic psus. Im not familiar with the one you chose. I also dont see a motherboard selected above. Go with asus, gigabyte, Msi or Evga. I understand if you chose these parts to keep with your budget. But I think you would be better off with other options.
