So my question is this:

Does EVGA GeForce GTX980 Ti 6GB ti works with a Corsair CX750 Power Supply or I will have to buy a new one?

No you won't need any 1000W, unless you gonna SLI / Triple SLI.
750 / 850 Gold Supernova would be a great choice

your average 4770k overclocked plus 980ti overclocked will only draw about 400-450w stressing both with prime95 and furmark combined. any quality 550w power supply will work fine.

the cx750 is not a quality power supply and i wouldn't run that combo long.
