GeForce 980ti installation problem PLEASE HELP LOL

Hey guys... I got a problem here.. I recently installed a 980ti hybrid on my pc and it has been lagging during games, even when I'm on Facebook.. I got Fallout 4 and is all blurry.. makes no sense... why is this happening?
My system:
MSi motherboard
i5-4430
8gb dd3 ram
Corsair 650w power supply

Motherboard and card have latest drivers...

Have you installed monitoring software like EVGA Precision X, or even HWinfo64? They will give you an idea of what's happening as far as fan speeds and clock speeds for the core and memory. That may help diagnose the problem.

Can you take a screen shot of the blurriness and link it?
