I7 4790k or i5 6600k or i5 4690k this may?

I7 4790k or i5 6600k or i5 4690k

I am going to buy a new PC, in a couple of months around April or May. I need to know which route I go for.

I will not be updating my pc for about 5-6 years.

I want to play games, latest ones, in 1080p. I also need to work with my engineering studies.

So what should I buy?

1. I7 4790k + gigabyte z97m d3h + gtx 960 + Kingston hyperx fury 1866mhz 8 gb + Corsair vs550 + carbide 200r = 70000 inr.

2. I5 6600k + Asus z170 pro gaming+ g.skill 16 gb ripjaws v 2400mhz + same as above = 70000 inr.

3. i5 4690k + 970 gtx + rest same as 1. = 70000 inr.

Hello vasu,
In my Opinion i would go with the GTX 970 if you want to use your pc for a longer time as you said. The GPU is stronger than the GTX 960 and is a good GPU for 1080P and even 1440P Gaming in many cases. I can also suggest you a Intel Xeon E3-1231v3 if you are not going to Overclocked the i5 4690k because than the Intel Xeon is a good choice due to the Fact it got Hyperthreading(8 Cores) and is a good CPU for the Money and is comparable with a 4790 and you can than even go with a cheaper Mainboard and save some money for later upgrades.
