Which PSU should I get: SEASONIC ATX 500W SS-500ET @1950 UAH / be quiet! Straight Power 10 400W @ 2300 UAH
My new system is i3-4170 and gtx 950. I don't know if 400w would be enough.

I also have old Cooler Master Elite Power 460W (RS460-PSAPI3-EU) (5 years or so)

GTX950 needs less than 400w and only one 6 pin connector.
Any of the three psu's will work.
If your Coolermaster 460w does not have any issues, I would go ahead and reuse that.
