I think you'll be totally fine with than motherboard, i know some people say that the krait motherboards are bad and have issues (mostly that 2 of the dimm slots sometimes are bad) but i've never experienced any problems with my z97-krait sli edition and is sexy af. Comparing it to the other msi motherboards in the same pricerange it's got pretty much the same specs. So if i where you i'd go for that motherboard.
