Hi .. :) (I'm sorry for my low english )
I've got a strange problem with my ram ...
I Bought a new motherboard (Intel DQ45CB) so I can use an Core 2 Duo processor i had because the old motherboard didn't support it.

I had 4 dims of ram , 2 x 1gb and 2 x 512mb , I've put them on the new motherboard and everything was fine ... I installed windows 7 64 bit , then BSOD appeared .
I removed the 512mb dimms , no more bsod , no more crashes ( random software and games crashing without reason ) ...
Ran it like this for 3-4 days , everything was fine , today i did add the dims again but the pc gives me 3 beeps and doesn't boot . I removed one one of the dimms , now it starts , doesn't bsod but some crashes appeared again ( not as frequent as the first time ) .
I'll run some more tests with those dimms .

Now I ask you , does anything similar happened to you ?
Are the slots on the motherboard faulty or the sticks of ram ???
I hope you can help me ... Sorry if i missed something .
Thanks <3

Some hardware is pickier than others. Do you still have the old motherboard to test with? If all 4 DIMMS test OK on it, then it's most likely a compatibility issue with the new motherboard.

Sometimes memory just doesn't play well. If you're going to run 4 DIMMS, I'd suggest buying a set together. Is your memory from different manufacturers? You can run a memtest on them, but I think what you're seeing is that the pairs work well by themselves and both pairs together don't behave.
