How can I make my PC more silent

So my PC's noise is starting to annoy me and I was wondering if you had any tips on how to make it more quiet especially when i'm not gaming (I usually wear headphones) and just want to lay back and watch a movie. My case is a CM K350 and I have 3 fans, the stock fan in front and two 120mm Sickle Flows in the rear and side panel.

I'm already planning to get a fan control panel but is there anything else I can do with the parts themselves?

Solution
You could buy quieter fans, replace hdd's with ssd's, attach noise dampening foam to the inside of your case/ buy a case with foam already inside, or get a fanless psu. I suggest just getting quieter fans as it's probably the most practical option.

Don't really need an aftermarket CPU cooler since my CPU is locked and can't be OCed at all.
Have you tried the Corsair fans?

Aftermarket CPU coolers are almost always quieter then stock coolers. And the corsair fans are pretty good. Any fans made by noctua should also be pretty quiet.

Because you can't overclock I suggest buying something lower end like the CM 212 evo or the Cryorig H7. And if they aren't quiet enough for you then you can also get a Noctua brand fan to replace the one that comes on the heatsink.
