i5 4440 vs i5 6400

What should i get as
I have a option between i5 4440 with gtx 960 and i5 6400 with gtx 960
But latter is 75$ more costlier than the other
so what should i get
and which has more value for money
and also 500gb hhd and 120gb ssd is better or 1tb hdd alone and also do i need cooling in this build

Considering DDR4 is basically the same price as DDR3, and offers a decent performance boost I would have to say you are wrong. I bought my 8 gb kit of ddr4 for $45...

Basically if you are willing to go for it, the 6400 is better, and will last longer most likely. But the difference isn't huge, so if you are budget conscious go 4460

benchmarks say the i5-6400 outruns the i5-4460. Plus you can do a BLCK overclock on the i5-6400.
