Hey guys... Sorry to bother you all
I bought a new GPU and CPU for my pc, and my PSU started making strange noises and also started to smell a little, so i turned everything off and started some research on it. So far, it looks as though people are saying that I need a bigger PSU?
I am using a 650w Tesla PSU, was only cheap, around £20 from amazon that I bought a while ago.
My previous cpu and gpu was an FX-4100 and an R7 260x which ran just fine.
I bought and installed an FX-8350 and an R9 270x windforce edition.

Will it be good enough?

I can upgrade it later if it's not the best quality, any recommendations? Around £120 budget for it... will be a couple months for it though.
