I bought a CPU i5 750 and later on got gtx 970 g1 gaming on Christmas as a gift not long after, the thing is that I intended to build a PS4 budget PC but the only parts I have now are the CPU i5 750 and a beastly graphic card. (Win7, speakers, monitor, keyboard+mouse too) Can I still complete the PC build with those 2 on a PS4 budget or is it possible to complete it with the budget of €400 or $430 Max?

Would you kindly respond with a required PC parts list or any suggestions. Thanks you guys for your time!

Now you just need few parts to complete your build. If you were really tight with budget then there is no need to get expensive part. For example ram. Most value DDR3 will fit your need just fine. No need to get SSD if you don't want to since they mostly only affect game loading times. Probably just need to spend a bit more to get very good quality PSU for your rig. Trust me. That's the part that you don't one to cheap out in your rig. As for the wattage 550 would do just fine. 600w for a bit of headroom if you thinking of overclocking in the future.
