I have an ASRock m3a760gmh motherboard with an UCC(Unlock CPU Core) feature. When I start the computer it says press x for Turbo UCC.. I've done that and nothing happened. I've looked in the BIOS and I have no enable or disable feature. On every video that I've watched they go to the BIOS and enable that feature.
What should I do?

You need a CPU that with cores that can be unlocked; the Athlon x2 is a dual core that can't be unlocked simply because there are no cores to unlock.
