Installed new RAM, computer won't boot up - just beeps

Hi - I installed 4 new sticks of RAM today in my desktop PC running Windows 10. They seemed to click down into the slots fine, but when I got my computer hooked back up, the monitor stays black and my computer just beeps without doing anything. Any advice? Thank you!

What mobo, CPU and model #(s) of the DRAM? Can try starting with two sticks

Try raising both the DRAM and the NB (NorthBridge) voltage each up + 0.06

I have... noooo clue how to do that, haha. Can you give me some kind of tutorial link or something about that? I'm totally out of my depth here.

Start with 1 or 2 sticks of DRAM , boot into BIOS and find DRAM voltage raise i + 0.05 so if it's at 1.7 as an example set it to 1.75, do same with NB voltage
