My Pc specs are as follows :
Motherboard- MSI 970 Gaming
Processor- AMD FX-6300
Ram- 4GB*2 G.SKILL Ripjaws X
Psu- 800W GSM

currently working with RADEON HD6450

I need a graphic card that can play COD black ops 3, fallout 4,Assassins Creed Syndicate and more latest games in HD.
My budget is of 16000INR max.

UPDATE:
I am confused to buy between GTX 750ti, GTX 950, GTX 660, GTX960 and R9 270X.. all with 2GB VRAM.
Please suggest me either a better option apart from those written above or which is a better GPU among those 5.

R9 270x is a good card it can run most games on very high or ultra it can run fallout 4 on ultra it can run black ops 3 very well but I have no idea about assassins creed although I imagine it wouldrun it well. have a look at the GTX 960 it will get more fps than the 270x but also check out the R9 280x it is more expensive but it is worth it.

Thanks a ton bud, I bought MSI GTX 960 gaming 2G. It works like a charm, looks great. It runs almost all the games in 1080p and gives about 50 to 150 fps depending on the game. Although I have not tried OC, but lets say if I do it. What should I expect from it ?

I wouldount try overclocking of you get that good fps at the moment as it can decrease the life of the card, wearing it out I would only suggest overclocking if you NEED more fps but if you do choose to overclock use Msi afterburner to do it as this is a good program which allows you to monitor your cpu and gpu in game.

But basically it will give you a few more fps at the cost of possibly wearing down your card faster.
