GTX 750 upgrading to GTX 950

Is it worth upgrading from gtx 750 1 gb to gtx 950? I bought my 750 second hand for 50 euros.The GTX 950 cost around 180-220 euros where i live and and my budget is180 euros.
And does does gtx 950 going to bottleneck i5 4460?

My PC specs
Intel Core i5 4460 3.2GHZ
8 GB(2x4) DDR3 Corsair Vengeance RAM 1600MHZ
MSI Z97 G43

I'd suggest looking around for an R9 380 or GTX 960 for 170-180 euros. They should do very well with GTA V and other games at 1080p and get 60 FPS on high settings.

Im going to play GTA V, ETS 2 and Fallout 4 in Mid to high settings in 1080p
