Windows 7 not accepting New Ram

I recently installed (Compatible tested in a pc with same motherboard) 8gb ddr2 ram and my mobo is working fine. Windows gives me various bsod signs such as 0x000000050, 0x000000007e. It will not boot into windows 7 install disk(It gave the 000050 bsod), Windows repair and the actual os.

What motherboard is it? What memory is it?

I highly suggest running that test on the RAM, at least 8 hours, to see if the RAM is good.
