Confused on wiring first time building

Do I need perif wires if hdd is installed and do I need 2 pci wires for graphics card? My card isn't in yet so I'm waiting couple days for it

Everything is installed except I have a 9 pin usb cord that came with case and idk what it is for

Also I plugged both 4 pin cpu cords in is that bad

The Pcie cables will have to be used if your graphics cards needs them. Not all of them use the same arrangement on the cables. For that you will have to wait and see what it has. You would attach the fan to one of the fan pinouts on your motherboard or have an adapter for the molex connector coming from the power supply. For the usb plug and the audio look on the lower edge of the motherboard and you will see the connectors for the front panel audio and for the usb, that's where they will go. They should be marked as to what they are.
