What is the best processor and video card for gaming @ 1080p 60 FPS (Average; 45 Minimum) in games like Battlefield 4 & Fallout 4 @ setting presets Low, Medium, and High?

For a small budget, it not going to be perfect.
And don't need to call people stupid.

And youtube is the worst place for benchmark source.

Ok fine, play your games with a 750ti. Have fun.

You said 60 FPS. To get 60 FPS, you need one of the cards I mentioned.

With an i7 behind said build, this is what you get with a 750ti.

The 750ti is priced where it is for a reason. It's an old, low-powered card that is fine for making modern games playable...just barely.

Tiny SSD, but ok. You should have mentioned from the beginning that you had $500 to work with for an entire build

I would suggest the 950 over the 750ti. Slightly better performance, same price point. Some decent rebates going on right now too.

I'll let you look for your own benchmarks of that vs the 750ti.
