I would use the stock intel cooler and buy the better graphics card . The processor is very cool running anyway
There is good thermal paste pre-applied so you do not need that either

The SV hard drive needs to be changed as well . Its designed for use recording surveillance video and not for running a desktop
Use this Barracuda instead

The core hardware would look something like this

From what I've heard skylake CPU's don't come with a CPU cooler and from past experience with CPU cooler's they are usually complete pos
also I think i copied the wrong name for the HDD because I made sure i chose a nonsurveillance one thannks for picking me up on that one

it doesn't come with a cooler look for yourself in the "what's included in this box" section : https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/intel-skylake-core-i3-6100-37ghz-3mb-2-core4-thread-lga-1151-intel/

The i3 comes with a cooler . If the kogan site says it does not then that is an error of Kogans

And I did not get the wrong hard drive name . In your list you have
HDD: Seagate SV35 Drive 1TB 7200RPM $87.97 Kogan
Which is a surveillance recording drive . You need a barracuda instead
