Hey guys, I have a Maximus VII Hero Motherboard and today just to get the OS (Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM 64-bit) installed I tried to use all of my RAM (Corsair Vengeance Pro 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory) but could not get it to start but when I lower the RAM from 32gb to 16gb it booted right up just fine.

Also for some reason one set is 1600ms and the other is 1866ms (don't know if this affects it)

My question is will the PC be able to boot up fine once I install the drivers and updated so I can have all 32gb in and be fixed after the OS is officially installed?

Solution
Make sure you have the latest BIOS, then start with the 1600 set in slots 1-3 from CPU, boot to BIOS, enable XMP, select profile 1, then change the DRAM voltage to 1.6, save, exit, shutdown. Add the other two sticks and try. If no joy we can try raising the MC (memory controller) voltage
