I got a new motherboard and graphics so that I can run cs go better but I have a problem. My new motherboard is not reading the pci-e slot and I cant fix it in the bios. I tried to use my old graphics card that I know works and it also did not work and I want to find out how I can change it so that the motherboard would use the pci-e slot. my motherboard is the MSI h67mae45 and my gpu is the Gtx 660.

Your Coolmax psu might be failing. The mininum power supply required for the computer is 450w including the power for your cpu/mobo, so your 550w might work. Though I would recommend that you buy a better psu for your computer than your coolmax one.

I have a 550w psu and the gpu needs 450w idk if that would still work.
