About a year ago I built myself a desktop computer. The only thing I really do that can be intense on the hardware is play video games. The performance has been good enough for me, although I have been having trouble running newer games (ie the Witcher 3 is running at around 10-12 fps), so I was looking for what would be the most dollar effective improvement for my machine. I don't have a whole lot of money so I can't buy some uber $5000 processor or anything, I have more around $150-200 max to spend on improvements.

My specs are:
Video card: GeForce GT 740
Processor: AMD A8-6600K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 3.9 Ghz
Memory: 8gb ram (I'm pretty sure I still have 2 open slots for RAM)
I don't remember what my motherboard is, but System Information says it is MSI MS-7721, although for some reason FM2-A55M-E35 sounds more familiar.

I'm really just looking for the improvement to my system that will result in the most noticeable performance increase per dollar spent. Any suggestions on the best improvement for $150 or less and no more than $200 (or if I should save up my money for something) it would be appreciated. Thank you.
