Gta v low settings?

Hello folks.

I want to play gta v and bought it but it laggs in the cithy.
My specs : msi gtx750ti
Prosessor amd a8-7600
4gb ram.

If i upgrade my ram to 12-16 will i be enable to run it ?

More ram will help with GTAV actually, but it may not make the problem go away, as your CPU is kinda weak for it.
You need at least 8 GBs for GTAV

a friend of mine got almost the same specs but with more ram but he can run it?
