CPU Upgrade or GFX card upgrade

Hey everyone, i have a question for you all to help me make the right decision. I current have a i5 750 CPU, and a 560ti gfx card in my pc, and i only have enough money to upgrade one or the other (£200ish). I mainly use my computer for gaming and 3d modelling, so which would be the better option to upgrade? Thanks :)

An upgrade to your CPU wouldn't make a meaningful difference in gaming, maybe a little in 3d modeling, using your current mobo. I think you would get the best improvement by upgrading to GTX 960 or R9 380x if your PSU is up to it.

I would have to get a motherboard as well if I got a cpu which would make me overspend somewhat, cos my motherboard is socket 1156 and the cpus now are 1150 to my knowledge

Depending on your MOBO an i7-870 I7-860 or Xeon X 3470 can be had for about $70usd couple that with a GTX 950 or R8 -380. 380 will perform better than a GTX 960 in most games but is a little more power hungry so that depends on your PSU
