Hi, I wan't to build my own computer, I know all the parts I wan't but I don't know if they all are compatible with each other. can someone tell me if they are?

Parts:
intel core i5-4690k 3.5ghz socket 1150 22nm cpu

Asus z97-a motherboard

Kingston hyperX fury white 16gb

msi geforce gtx 980

intel 535 series 2.5 ssd 240gb

Seagate barracuda st2000dm001 2tb

windows 10 64 bit

nzxt kraken X61 106.1 cpu cooler

nzxt h440w white/black

cooler master vsm 650w 80+ gold

would be very happy if i get a few answers :)

Not bad, but you have room for improvement.

CPU + MB + MEM - Prior generation, which is fine, but you should be looking toward Skylake at your budget level.
CPU COOLER - Fine and all, but overkill. The air cooler below will keep lower temps for less cost.
SSD - The Samsung below will give great performance for less cost than the Intel.
HD - Less failures with the WD blue, but you will likely be fine with either.
GPU - EVGA is a good brand as is MSI and ASUS. At the moment, the MSI below has the highest factory overclock for the lowest cost. Any of these GTX 980 cards are good units.
PSU - Eh... There are better. Look toward EVGA G2, XFX or Seasonic. 850w will leave enough headroom for you to add a second GTX 980 in SLI down the road if desired. 650w would only support a single large GPU.

All your parts add up to around 497w total usage per this calculator. http://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator. I just entered everything you listed. If you want to add another graphics card you would need a larger PSU. I think 1 step up in wattage would be a good plan. Otherwise this all looks great!

Is a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 insted of the nzxt kraken X61 good enough for this build?. Also, how many case fans do i need to keep the parts cool?
Does the Evga superNOVA g2 850w give enough power for 2 card sli?
Is the Cooler Master Mastercase pro 5 compatible with all these parts?

Thanks! :D

For a mild overclock an aircooler is fine. The Cryorig H7 is another budget air cooler with better performance then the EVO. That case comes with three fans, try it before buying more fans, you may not need them. The 850 would be enough for two 980's in SLI. and yes, the case is compatible with everything.
