I am going to build a high end maximum pc for gaming and all things. But my budget is low. If i buy a top maximum motherboard, Then is this a right way to upgrade my pc in a future and make it to a ultimate high end pc. Is i am right? If i am right, then suggest me a motherboard, don't worry about price just suggest me a best motherboard. Thanks.

To add on to ComputerSecurityGuy's answer, the differences between cheaper and more expensive motherboards in the enthusiast class are mostly related to audio/networking chips and the components/power delivery systems. For many builders, these are not important, since the difference between RealTek audio chips and the difference between an Intel and a Killer NIC are pretty small. If you're looking to do extreme overclocks or care about that stuff, then more expensive motherboards may appeal.
Actually what you want to do is buy the cheapest working motherboard of the highest performing socket. In reality there isn't much difference between motherboards in a chipset. For example, if you had a low budget, get the cheapest Z170 Skylake motherboard. Later you can upgrade to a very nice CPU, more RAM, a more powerful (or even multiple) GPU, and so on.
