I would go for a lower profile CPU cooler if I were you just to make sure there will also be better clearance for the air flow

Don't take that PSU, take something like EVGA supernova 550 or 500B.

yes its all compatible but i would recomend getting a good brand of psu like evga or corsair

If you can locate a Cryorig H7 , IT'S THE BEST BUDGET COOLER ON THE MARKET.

They are a hard find in the UK right now.

The Evga 550w G2 is actual built by Superflower(based on their Leadex platform). The Golden Green HX may not be quite as good as the Leadex models but is still far superior to the HEC built Evga 500b.
