I just installed an corsair h60 closed loop cooler. My cpu is and i74790k not overclocked 4.0 ghz. My idle temps are very good 27-30C but when i ran intel burn test my 100% load temps were 89-95C any help would be appreciated.

Pump should be on a permanent 12v ideally from psu. You always want it at 100%. Radiator fan can be on CPU header. I have the h55 set like this. Nothing wrong with these coolers for what they are.

Just so you know the H60 is not a very good cooler, I know because I use to own one but that being said those temps are a little high. I would double check that the pump is running. You should be able to hear a hum from it.

Also, is your pump directly connected to a Molex off of the Power Supply or connected to a fan header on the motherboard?

Well i got it because my buddy has the same cpu and cooler and his temps at max load are mid 60's. Yes the pump is running and its connected to the cpu_fan connector on the motherboard.

and i ran some cpu intensive games such as Arma 3, borderlands 2, and BF4 for about 15-20 mins each and my temps never got over 60C so maybe its just burn test im not sure.

It could be not seated properly. Double check the back plate if you can, to make sure the studs went fully through the board.
