I'm pretty sure this will play any game on ultra at a high FPS at 1080p?

What about 1440p, will this setup be good if I decide to go to 1440p? will it still play at ultra or high settings?

What about if I decide to go 4k, would this be any good for a 4k resolution if I crossfire 2 R9 390x?

I want to make sure I can do all 3 if I ever decide to go up in resolution, I'm pretty sure this is good for both 1080p and 1440p but as of 4k i know it wont handle anything on ultra or high but probably medium or low?

what do you guys think on all 3? Do you think this setup will be good for all of these resolution options?

nvida wise for 1440p u need a 980ti and for 4k u need to sli 980ti.....
and yess high fps highest settings 1080p
1440 yes high to ultra with good fps
4k u need to crossfire

the only problem is the psu i would go for a 650W atleast

Depends what games you're playing. I have a GTX 970 and can run Metro 2033/Last Light Redux, Fallout 4, etc at "ultra" without problem ... I've seen others running The Witcher 3 at very high settings without issue, too. Having said that, I'd think a GTX 980 would give a bit more future-proofing.

R9 390x crossfire is cheaper and would work well enough and 500 cheaper then 980 ti crossfire , plus r9 390x crossfire wpuld be better then a single 980 ti , an games basically big games like GTA to MMORPGS etc
