Can you lower fan speeds while keeping the LEDs at maximum power?

I just lowered my fan speeds in order to reduce noise but I noticed that the LED brightness decreased as well and I wanted to keep the LEDs at their brightest. I used SpeedFan to lower the fan speed and my fans are 3-pin and my motherboard is an ASUS Z97 A.

Solution
Hi
Since those are 3 pin fans then the fans will reduce in brightness when the fan speed is reduced because SpeedFan is using voltage control to reduce the fan speed and there is no other way to do it.
4 pin fans may work the way you want as they are PWM controlled but that will be dependant on the way the manufacturer has wired up the fan motor and LEDs.
