Computer will start up, and randomly shut down

So, I think my problem is unique. I will start my computer up and be using it find for about 10 minutes, then it will just shut down. Then I need to switch off the power supply, wait a few seconds, and switch it back on just to get the computer to start. Then, sometimes it will shut down again right away, other times a few minutes. Sometimes not at all. I tried jumping the PSU to see if it would stay on and it does. I tried taking out components at a time. Took out the video card, it still shut down. I'm assuming it's the CPU or the MoBo. It's impossible for me to figure out though since it's so random. Any tips?

Specs:

CPU: AMD FX-8350 @ 4ghz
Mobo: Asus Sabertooth 990fx R2.0
Ram: 16gb 1866 G-Skill Ram
Graphics Card: AMD R9 290x PowerColor Liquid cooled
HDD: 1x Adata 240 gb SSD - 1x 1tb WD Green
PSU: Seasonic 850w Gold+

UPDATE: This may be a long shot, but could one of my components like the mobo or ram be getting an error causing it to power off and not allow it to come back on without resetting PSU?

Maybe your cpu is running too hot? You can try underclocking your cpu and see if this still shuts down. If you have a spare power supply, you can try that too. Of course, boot up without the use of your discrete video card.

Nope. But it's getting plenty of power cuz it only crashes once or twice then I'm fine for a while. I can play games and everything. Although, one thing that I noticed that works to solve the issues is as long as I leave the power supply off long enough, then I can use it without problems for a while.

Sadly, that isn't the issue in my case. It runs just fine because they are only at 1600 due to the instability of anything higher. And the combining of kits, they are two of the same. I'm pretty sure it's just fine to run 4x4 4gb sticks that are the same.
