what is the best graphics card for this computer? I have an intel core 2 duo prosessor and i have have 4 gigs of ram. i am looking to play games like these if possible: borderlands the pre sequal, goat simulator, minecraft, and mmorpgs. i dont know much about computers but thank you!

Darn. That model has some limitations that my 790 doesn't have. But you're still able to add a gfx card. It has to be 1) low profile and 2) single slot design. Your 275W PSU should be able to safely support a GT 730.
I'd recommend one with DDR5 VRAM and 64 bit memory interface...

These are good cards for gaming at 720p resolutions, but a bit limited at 1080p. (There is one GTX 750 Ti single slot low profile card you could use, but it is above specs for that PSU. Although I'm using a GTX 750 Ti in mine with a similar PSU.)
