After a bad fall, one side of my over-ear Marshall headphones stopped working. Although the problem is neither in the jack nor the speakers since the only side working is whichever I plug the jack in. After opening both of them, no wires seem to be broken. Any ideas on what might be the cause of this issue ?

Could you elaborate on that? Since you have a single 3.5mm jack connecting to either side, have you tried using a different 3.5mm cable to connect to the device/headphone? If no wires nor the magnets/speaker drivers are damaged then I'd look towards the cable feeding into the device.

Furthermore can you please state the model for your over-ear headphones? Can you also state your full systems specs/audio output device?

They're the regular monitor black over-ear Marshall headphones. I have tried with another cable and other devices with no luck. Since it started not working after a fall, I believe the problem might be in the headband, could that be a possibility ?

Hello. Did you solve the problem of your headphone only coming sound from one side? I have the same problem. It seems that the problem is in the internal cable/wire that connect both sides of the headphone. I contacted support@marshallheadphones.com and they said "Marshall Headphones doesn't have any repair services or parts available". That means They won't fix it and I can't even buy a replacement cable and let local electronic shop do the service, they don't offer replacement parts. I am so disappointed at Marshall!
