Looking for a gaming PC under $1000 should I opt for and build or an Intel build that's the thing I can't decid. I read a few articles but still can't decide, so, just want some help.
Thank you in advance

That's so easy. You can make many gaming PC's for that money that will run the latest games at max.

So you have.

CPU, Can get Intel Core i7-4790 (10k score on passmark). About $310
GPU, You can get GeForce GTX 970 (7th most powerful on passmark). About $315
Motherboard, You can get the MSI B85-G43 Gaming Motherboard for $140
Memory, Get two 4gb sticks of DDR3 in whatever brand you want. Should be able to do it for $130
PSU, Get an 80 plus PSU of about 600w. Xigmatek Tauro 600W 80+ for about $85
Storage, Just get a 64GB but good brand SSD. Use an external HDD for storing other things.
Case, Any case will do.

Well that went slightly over $1000, but it would be a very powerful rig.

That being said you can go a bit lower on all of them. Like get the model just under those and build a slightly less powerful rig, sometimes people build something that has more power than they need.
