Hey guys,

I'm about to start my second PC build project but first I need to find a solid case to fit all my parts in. I am also thinking about adding a custom water loop in the case so please keep that as a factor. With that said here is about what I'm looking for:

- At least under 19" I really don't want a case taller than that because it just looks too big sitting on my desk. I would REALLY like for it to be under 15", but its okay if that's not possible. As for the motherboard form factor, I haven't decided, but Mini-ITX and mATX are completely fine.
- Large side window with no HDD brackets I want to really show off my build, so I want a large side window to show off the fans/radiator in the front. In order to make that happen, I don't want any HDD brackets in the front, like in the Fractal Design Define S, because they just take up space and I'm only planning on having one SSD in the build.
- PSU shroud or really good cable management I want a PC like the ones at PAX or CES, with really nice cable management where you can't see any electrical wires at all. I know PSU shrouds make this easy, but if the case has a lot of space in the back for wires, that would be cool as well.
- At least 50 mm clearance for rad and fans I want to have AT LEAST 2x 240 mm rads. It would be nice however if the case had at least one 280 or 360 or even 420 mm rad support with 70 mm fan and radiator clearance clearance.

If you guys could find a case like this, that would be super awesome, right now I'm thinking about the Fractal Design Define S, but if you guys know case that is a little shorter that that and has a PSU shroud with more rad clearance, I would be super grateful. By the way, the only budget I have is under $150. Thanks a lot guys!

You might be trying to go a bit too small by the time you factor in all the fittings and things. Maybe something like this.

Part of getting a custom water cooling loop to fit is customization and creativity. That's the perk to being a custom loop, you decide where to place everything and which fittings to use to overcome obstacles. You're not limited to black hoses xyz inches/mm long. You can go black, colored, clear, reservoir, no reservoir, hardline etc.

Okay so what if I want a case where I can simply put a 240 mm closed water loop with a GTX h100i? Would the Phanteks Evolv ITX be a good choice for that?
