I was using:
CPU: AMD A8-5500 Trinity Dual Core
Motherboard: F2A85-M Pro (FM2)
RAM: Some no-name ugly RAM

Just installed:
CPU : AMD FX 6300 Six Core Vishera
Motherboard: ASRock 970M Pro3 AM3+/AM3
(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)
RAM 8gb 1600, pretty blue g-skill
.
.
.
After mounting CPU, screwing in MoBo and putting in the RAM, I powered it on, inserted the CD-Rom that came with the MoBo and a few minutes later evreything looked exactly how i left it (luckily, because i did this without backing anything up lol).

What I am wondering is what do i have to do about my old drivers? I've heard having drivers to multiple different MoBos can get sketchy but idk how to uninstall the old ones from my HDD.

Thanks!

Having the old drivers on the hard drive isn't going to hurt anything, what you prob want to do is to run a registry cleaner (Wise has a good free version), I'd check and get the latest drivers from the mobo site, the ones on your mobo disk were prob out of date before you got it. It's not a big deal, I've moved the drive from old builds to newer ones, well over 100 times and except for a very few that wouldn't transition from the old to the new have had no problems
Well to save yourself a lot of headache if you were planning to use the existing installed os on one of your drives.
Don`t bother.

You have changed the motherboard and the cpu of the system correct?
A whole new fresh installation of the working OS is required.

That is a golden rule Franklin, no buts about it.
Unless you want a system that will blue screen or lock up on you at some point Franklin.
