Need some advice on my new PC build.

For christmas I bought a few new parts to make my PC better. This is my first time building a computer, but I've always had a hardcore compassion for computers. I've just never had the time/money to build one that would even pass a tablets standards. I plan on later upgrading my GFX Card and I was wondering what I should do about this. This is my current build as of upgrades:

Case - Silverstone PS08B: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811163223
PSU - Corsair CX500: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027
CPU - Intel i5-6500 3.2Ghz: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117563
RAM - G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 8Gb DDR4: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231947
MoBo - MSI B150 Mortar: http://www.amazon.com/MSI-Computer-Motherboard-B150M-MORTAR/dp/B015ZKJRTO/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1452214646&sr=8-2&keywords=b150m
Monitor - ASUS VS228NL-P 21.5" Widescreen: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1128625-REG/asus_vs228nl_p_21_5_widescreen_led.html
GPU -EVGA GeForce 750Ti SC(Already owned this before upgrades): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487024&cm_re=750_ti-_-14-487-024-_-Product

I was wondering if I can upgrade to a Sapphire R9 390 and my PSU run it and my case hold it, because I don't know how all of that works. The heaviest loads that will be running is GTA V, and maybe some call of duty games, on ultra FHD of course. Any help for a noob?

Do you think you could recommend me 2 good PSU's? One being Modular and the other not? and if you can find a modular one that works, will it come with all the cords needed?

Also, could I get this case (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811108433) and everything fit normally other than the MoBo being mATX in an ATX case? Would that be the better way to go?

Thank you very much, with me being new to this, it's hard finding people that aren't yelling at me for getting something and not something else.

The way I look at it, it's your build, not mine, and long as as what you choose works, it's OK. There are literally thousands of combinations that will do the same thing, so a lot of what you get here are opinions and personal preferences, myself included.

Do you have any advice on what I should upgrade? I know I need more RAM though.

The amount of RAM is fine, and you can easily add more later. This is my preference below for the best parts and performance on a reasonable budget.

I like that you can overclock this setup and it will run with more expensive systems, plus it has a lot of upgrade potential.

Yeah, I'd just rather not rebuy everything. That's my only problem with all of this ^

I hate to bother you again, but for some reason my RAM is saying only 2.22 is usable out of all 8Gbs. Do you know how to fix it?

Is your OS 32 bit? Only about 3 to 3.5 GB's is usable with a 32 bit operating system and maybe even less depending on how much you allocate to the onboard graphics, but even that 2.2 seems a little low. I would check to make sure the RAM is seated properly and that both sticks work. Try each stick individually in each RAM slot to see if you have a bad stick of RAM or a bad slot.

My MoBo says to use certain slots first. I've been using all 8Gbs for a good month now. It's worked great, until now.
