The fastest your CPU can handle, don't get 2400 with a non K CPU. If the same price you can run them but best will probably be 1866 maybe 2133 and setup will need to be manual as 2400 sticks have XMP profiles for 2400

2400 should be no problem then .... might well take a small OC of the CPU, nothing major
