Hello,
I am going to build a sub $400 productivity PC. I will be using this PC to do basic web surfing, word processing, and streaming video. I have put together two potential builds, one using a Skylake CPU and one using Haswell. I will be purchasing in the US.

Is the Skylake build worth the extra $30? Should I go with a different motherboard for either build? Will I need any extra fans? I plan on adding an SSD and maybe a (small lol) GPU later on.
Please tell me what build you would go with and any changes you would make.
