What games are working on Mobile Intel (R) 45 express chipset family???

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by upgrading to the 45 series; Intel's GPUs are soldered onto the motherboard of the system, so you'd have to replace it to get a better GPU, and it's very unlikely that such a thing is even possible on a laptop. In any case, Intel's naming scheme of the chipsets (at least in the drivers) is less than perfect, so there's a range of graphics processors you might have with different levels of performance, so it's hard telling how well your system will play games. I can tell you with reasonable certainty that many older Steam games like Flatout, Jet Set Radio, Trackmania Nations Forever, Killing Floor, Plants vs. Zombies, Unreal Tournament (except 3), etc. would run well on your system. (I could go on, but without knowing the genre of games you're looking for I'd be wasting time 
) It'd be super helpful if you could install Speccy and GPU-Z on your computer and post screenshots here so we can give you better advice.
