My home network is build of router and apple airport extreme connected to the router. WIFI is created via airport, and wired connection (internet radio) are directly connected to router. Internet radio I could access via app on smartphone, but it is not visible, because is not recognized as being in the same network. Any advice how I can setup network to be able to establish connection between app on smartphone and internet radio ?

Following is general networking advice since I don't own fruity products myself.
Possibly by changing settings on the apple toy. It is a router, it gives it's own IP's (most likely) and also quite likely does basic NAT between router and itself causing both networks to be separate.
you would need to get it to work as bridge instead, then decide which one gives out the IP's, router or apple.
Either one would work as DHCP server as long as it is only one of them, if apple, you would likely need to configure the router to have it's own static IP and configure apple to use it as a gateway to outside internet.

My guess is, as many have done, you are DOUBLE-NATing, first by your Modem/Router/Gateway, THEN NAT one more time by the Airport. People with this problem often mention "different network" or "different subnet." The gist is, you MUST have one network and that's it, cannot be fancy. Engineering says K.I.S.S. Keep It Simple and Stupid.
Fortunately for you, the Airport let you configure it for Access Point rather easily, it's all on the configuration menu, with the end result the WAN port converts into another LAN port. Am not at home to give you a step-by-step, but it's in there. You buy these toys, know how to configure them.
